Frozen cups stay frozen for about an hour, depending on the surrounding temperature. For optimal enjoyment, consume them as soon as possible after delivery.

Frozen cups can be stored in the freezer for as long as you are comfortable with. Chilled drinks and frozen coffees, however, should be consumed the same day or kept chilled for no longer than 3 to 5 days for the best quality and freshness.
