How long do the frozen cups stay frozen?
Frozen cups stay frozen for about an hour, depending on the surrounding temperature. For optimal enjoyment, consume them as soon as possible after delivery.

How should I store my drinks?

Frozen cups may be stored in the freezer for an extended period, as per your discretion. However, it is recommended that frozen cups which have completely melted be consumed on the same day or kept chilled for no longer than three days to ensure optimal quality and freshness.
